Somatic Life Coaching via Zoom - Group and 1:1 - discover your true self, unlock your potential and thrive through our tailored coaching programs.

Adults Yoga: Signature Somatic Yoga is a gentle and highly effective program to support female health at all stages. Group and 1:1.

Kids Yoga: we offer in-studio yoga classes, holidays workshops, as well as on site mindfulness programs for schools and pre-schools.​​

Mindfulness Review:
For as long as I remember, I've struggled to find time to switch off and relax, and I've never had much luck with online guided meditations. Yoga with Elena has been a godsend. I feel so relaxed in her sessions that most of the time, I fall asleep before the end. The sessions are easy to follow and her calming voice makes it easy to unwind. I highly recommend Off the Matt Living!

I am enjoying Elena's somatic yoga classes. She incorporates stretching and movement and gives advice in order to calm your mind during the class and in your daily life.
